This file contains an InspectVue R3 brochure, and two both sample reports: the Full Report and two versions of the Summary Report, one showing only those items that need service and another showing all of the summary items.

This is the full report, as opposed to the summary report, which usually only given to the client, or potential buyer, and contains essential information as well as every observation that an inspector might have made, together with any pictures or graphics that may have been included to illustrate observations. It is typically about 25 pages long, but could be longer or shorter depending on the size of the property and the amount of observations and illustrations that the inspector elects to include.

As its name implies, the summary report is a shortened version of the full report, and typically only includes those items that are in need of service, or which should be further evaluated by a specialist, and is typically prepared for real estate agents and other interested third parties. However, one of these shows all of the summary narratives that were selected, and not just those that indicate a need for service or a second opinion.
